Katherine, our Bourbon Red turkey was a fabulous mum: she hatched out seven chicks (called poults) and then showed them the delights of free range life around our smallholding! Bedtime was fun though: at just 18 days old she introduced them to the idea of 'perching' at night-time. As the video shows, it was not quite that easy...
