The Terms and Conditions below, shall apply to your use of the 'Relaxed Farming: our farm in your classroom' which can be found at www.relaxedfarming.co.uk or www.ourfarminyourclassroom.co.uk. As such, by continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please DO NOT continue to use the website.

Please note Relaxed Farming is currently (Spring 2015) free for anyone to use BUT this situation may change in the future. We request that anyone using this site is still bound by the following terms and conditions and in particular those under Registered Users' Terms of Use, points 3-5.
Accessing the Website/Liability Disclaimer
You may access parts of the 'Relaxed Farming: our farm in your classroom' website without registering or providing Relaxed Farming with any of your details. If you wish to become a registered user of the 'Relaxed Farming: our farm in your classroom' site or if you are an existing registered user, please see our 'Registered Users' Terms of Use'.As the information on the website may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate and may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, Relaxed Farming reserves the right to update the website at its sole discretion. Such information may therefore be changed or updated without notice. Relaxed Farming may also make improvements and/or changes to the design and content of the site at any time without notice.
Whilst it is Relaxed Farming's aim to ensure the site is normally available 24 hours a day, Relaxed Farming is not liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond Relaxed Farming's control.

Indemnity/Interpreting the Website
The ideas, suggestions and information given on this site are based on our experience of having run a smallholding for several years alongside our own research, including visiting and talking to other farmers/smallholders. There are many different ways to farm and we are not suggesting any one way is better than another. We aim to be factually accurate within our own specific setting and accept no responsibility for how our material may be interpreted and/or represented by third parties. In addition, Relaxed Farming and its employees/consultants cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, suits, or actions, including reasonable legal fees made by any third party due to or arising from use of this site, or information obtained from the site.
Animal Welfare/Legislation
Relaxed Real Foods (the name given to the smallholding upon which Relaxed Farming is based) practices the highest standards of animal welfare and husbandry and these are reflected within the Relaxed Farming website. We also adhere to current legislation regarding the keeping and identification of our livestock and are registered as appropriate with any relevant bodies.
Ownership or Rights/Copyright
The 'Relaxed Farming our farm in your classroom' site is designed for the sole purpose of providing information and resources based on the Relaxed Real Foods smallholding. All rights, including copyright, on this website are owned by or licensed to Relaxed Ltd. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this site except for use within the classroom/home setting of the registered users.If you breach any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions, your authorisation to access or use the website will be terminated!
Registered Users' Terms of Use
Through becoming a 'Registered User', you agree to accept the following 'Terms of Use': if you are unable to accept these terms, please do not subscribe.- Registered Users have access to all areas of the Relaxed Farming website for twelve months from the date of their registration; this includes downloading any of the resources/content and using for the purposes of teaching and learning within their original stated setting (e.g. classroom/home/club, etc).
- The 'Subscriber Name' given upon registering must be appropriate to the Registered User's setting, e.g. 'Mrs Silver's class - Thorpe Park Primary School' and not simply 'Thorpe Park Primary School'. Relaxed Farming reserves the right to amend the 'Subscriber Name’ if it is felt it does not reflect the Registered User's circumstances.
- Under no circumstances must any resources/content from the Relaxed Farming website be used for any commercial purposes.
- Under no circumstances must any resources/content from the Relaxed Farming website be shared/copied or in any way reproduced for any non-registered user.
- Under no circumstances must any resources/content from the Relaxed Farming website be altered for any reason other than for use within the Registered User's setting, nor should they be used for any illegal or immoral purposes.
- Under no circumstances must a Registered User's username and password be made available to anyone - if such a disclosure occurs, the Registered User must immediately request a new password via the 'Login page' on the Relaxed Farming website.
- Relaxed Farming reserves the right to monitor the use of the website by a Registered User.
- Relaxed Farming reserves the right to disable a Registered User's account if it is felt any of the above terms have been breached.
- Relaxed Farming does not offer refunds once a person has become a Registered User.
