Relaxed FarmingWhy keep sheep... (as answered by Mrs White). Sheep and smallholdings go together like... chips and tomato ketchup, kids and their mobile phones, lamb and mint sauce (whoops, should I have said that?). And why? Smallholdings have grass and we LOVE grass.

  • Spring lamb is one of your favourite meats: and with good reason... although I don't like to talk too much about the fact you eat my children (!!), I do know that grass-fed, outdoor reared Badger Faced lamb is a fabulous meat and despite what people say about lamb, it is not that fatty.

Lamb is also quite high in two substances - iron (helps to make your red blood cells) and zinc (essential for growth, healing and a healthy immune system). Roast lamb, mint sauce and fresh vegetables are a very popular meal in the UK!!
