Relaxed FarmingFascinating facts... (as explored by Pickle). That's me immediately to the right, munching away on willow after which I usually have a bit of a nap.. and here's your first fact: we sleep for just five hours a day, a lot less than you humans so I believe...

  • Let's get the 'weeing' thing over and done with: you like the smell of freshly baked bread or sizzling bacon or chips... we like the smell of the male's wee rubbed on his body.

    He mixes it up with an oily liquid from his scent gland (located on his head). This smell tells us he would like to be the father of our kids and that's fine by us!!

    He doesn't do it all the time, only when he is near his girlfriends. It does mean male goats don't get petted quite as much as us females and if you do pet one, washing hands afterwards is highly recommended!!
