Relaxed Farming - our farm in your classroom

Day Four: 18th March: the amount of fur is getting more each day now and you can really see the difference between the white and the brown kittens. The eyes are also looking more like they are just shut, as opposed to not really there, although it's a few days yet before they start to open. As they get bigger, the kittens are also starting to fill their skin a bit more and not have so much lose skin around their legs and neck.
Crumpet has managed to lose two more kittens though, so now we are down to seven!! One was found outside the nest (again, dropped off a teat no doubt) and the other probably did the same thing but we have not yet found its body! A real shame!
