Relaxed FarmingWhy keep Pygmy goats... (as answered by Thyme). Okay, we are NOT a traditional farming/smallholding animal BUT we can actually help to promote the rest of the smallholding because we are so friendly, so cute, so well behaved (well, most of us...). Our owners have us at the top of their paddock so we are the first animals visitors see - the small and cute factor in pygmies is really really high!!

  • We make fabulous pets: we are just as good as dogs when it comes to being a great friend!

We learn our names, we will walk well on a lead, we love human company, we don't need much space, we provide hours of entertainment, (who needs a TV when you can watch us running and jumping and playing all day??).

AND we don't need to be taken for a walk every day (though we are more than happy if that's what you would like to do).

  • We will clear your paddock/garden: Read more

  • We don't cost that much to keep: Read more
